Immediate Goals

Grow The Canine Foster Facility
Our foster facility will continue to be a temporary “home” to rescued dogs starting their journey toward a second chance at happiness by focusing on healing their body, mind and spirit. When needed, our rehabilitation programs include any essential medical treatment(s) as well as reestablishing trust, re-socialization and basic training. We are dedicated to the advancement of companion animal welfare and committed to decreasing the number of dogs euthanized annually in our area shelters due to lack of space, or because the animal has a problem that requires a long term commitment to ensure recovery. Once a dog is healthy and well adjusted, All For Loosey encourages the sponsoring organization to begin their adoption process in order to find the animal a forever home.

Expanded Companion Animal Foster Facility
In addition to running our canine fostering program, we intend on expanding our capacities in planned phases to include any kind of companion animal in need (included but not limited to cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.), again joining forces with sponsoring animal welfare groups who will handle the eventual adoption of these animals.

Public Education
Education and enlightenment is another major focus of AFL. We would like to educate the public on the workings of a puppy mill. Many people do not know the hardships of puppy mill breeder dogs or the repercussions that can occur with their offspring. This awareness can help people make educated decisions when selecting their next dog.

Long Term Goals

The ALL FOR LOOSEY Animal Sanctuary, A Warm Safe Haven FOR ALL. Our ultimate goal is to raise enough money to purchase a sizable tract of land that will allow permanent housing for those companion animals that never quite recover enough to make the transition into a new life. From retired work horses, to abused or neglected dogs and cats to any other special needs animal, All For Loosey will become their sanctuary, a forever home where they will be loved and cherished for the rest of their days. These animals will not need a sponsoring organization, as they will become lifetime members of the AFL Family.

The Sanctuary will be a public facility for people to come visit the animals and will be run by the Sanctuary Director and a staff of volunteers. Once established, the Sanctuary will additionally welcome youth organizations, high school students, and young people of religious affiliations looking for community service hours.
